GENEVA—Alcon (SIX/NYSE:ALC) has reported its financial results for the 3- and 9-month periods ending September 30, 2024, demonstrating a 6 percent increase in sales to $2.4 billion on a reported and constant currency basis for the third quarter, as compared with the same quarter of the previous year.
