LOS ANGELES—DIFF Eyewear has appointed Roslyn Moody as the company's new director of sales. With over 25 years of experience in the optical industry, Moody has a proven track record in sales leadership, the company said. Her extensive background and proven track record in sales leadership make her the perfect fit to spearhead DIFF Eyewear’s wholesale division and further drive the company's growth, the announcement said. Moody began her career in the optical industry as a sales representative with Liberty Optical before joining leading optical brands such as Luxottica and De Rigo REM.

As DIFF Eyewear’s director of sales, the company stated Moody will leverage her deep industry knowledge and leadership skills to grow DIFF’s wholesale division, enhance business and merchandising opportunities, and develop long-lasting partnerships with clients and customers. 

Roslyn’s responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the sales team; hiring and developing top-tier sales talent; and building a positive and inclusive team culture, the company said.

The company added that in her new role, Moody will work closely with the president of global wholesale, Alessandro Baronti, and the rest of the leadership team. The role will build on DIFF Eyewear's momentum, expand their market presence and further their commitment to social impact.
