TORRANCE, Calif.—DIFF Charitable Eyewear has announced the appointment of Joseph Ciechanowski as global wholesale liaison. With more than 15 years of experience in the eyewear industry, including a significant tenure at EssilorLuxottica, Ciechanowski brings invaluable expertise and a passion for innovation and sustainability to the position, DIFF Charitable Eyewear said in a statement.In his new role, Ciechanowski will be the primary contact between DIFF's internal departments, distributors, international agents and the field sales team, the announcement said.

The company added that his key responsibilities will include facilitating communication and providing vital support for onboarding and training initiatives, as well as coordinating trade shows, merchandising strategies, and managing sourcing and replenishment for wholesale channels. Ciechanowski will also play a role in expanding and developing DIFF’s business globally while driving distributor-related activities.
