Quick Take: JF Rey and Japanese video game designer Hideo Kojima are launching a special capsule collection collaboration inspired by the futuristic video game “Death Stranding.”
Specifics: The collection is made up of four models, both optical and sun. Optical styles HKxJF01 and HKxJF02 are equipped with sun clips. HKxJF03 is a shell sunglasses model. Ludens Mask is a 3D colelctors mask offered in a limited and numbered series for gaming enthusiasts and fans of the brand. HKxJF01 is a round optical frame inspired by the futuristic world of video games. The sun clip is fixed on the temples of the frame with a magnet, and leaves negative space to create a unique look. It is available in black, camouflage and a chess graphic pattern. HKxJF02 is a handmade acetate frame with a metal clip. It is available in black/crystal graphic, mottled print with shades of blue and army spirit asserted. Ludens Mask appears in the opening scene of the “Death Stranding” video game, worn by character Sam Porter Bridges.
