DALLAS—VMG Health a leading full-service health care strategy and transaction advisory firm, announced it has acquired BSM Consulting, a specialist health care consulting firm with offices in Reno, Nevada and Phoenix, Arizona. VMG Health is owned by VMG employees and Northlane Capital Partners, which invested in VMG Health in March 2020. Founded in 1978 by Bruce Maller, BSM Consulting provides practice management consulting and compliance expertise to clients in ophthalmology and medical aesthetic specialties, in addition to ambulatory surgery centers through its Progressive Surgical Solutions division.

BSM’s customized consulting services are complemented by a full suite of business management tools and a best-in-class online learning platform.
