LOS ANGELES—Barton Perreira has announced the promotion of two long-term eyewear veterans to new roles within the company. Tricia Valbuena has been appointed to vice president of sales and marketing, where she will be overseeing, strategizing, planning and executing all sales and marketing initiatives for the company. Valbuena has been with Barton Perreira for nearly 13 years, previously serving as the sales and marketing director at the company. “I’m excited to step into this new role and am looking forward to growing all aspects of the company,” she said.

Additionally, Joe D’Orazio has been named national sales manager. He will oversee managing and executing the company's strategies with domestic wholesale business and will head the domestic sales team. “I'm proud to have such a remarkable team and together we are excited to continue to push Barton Perreira forward with great people, product and partnerships,” he said. D’Orazio has been with Barton Perreira since 2014, serving as a sales manager.

Valbuena will work closely with all parts of the company, including design, IT, operations, finance, and customer service to create synergies across all platforms. She is a strong sales and marketing professional with a degree focused in merchandise marketing and product development from Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
