This alliance allows Visionix to offer 20/20NOW’s Tele-Optometry platform with Visionix’s integrated, advanced, accurate and user-friendly devices to offer world-class tele-optometry, according to the companies. Visionix will remain the direct access to all Visionix products for its customers.
However, those who would like to explore an alternative business model now have telehealth experts working, in tandem, to understand state, legal and operational considerations to establish a telehealth-enabled clinic. Combining the strength of these two highly experienced teams, ECPs will be able to launch modern, multi-location opticals and practices that utilize tele-optometry.
