VANCOUVER, British Columbia—KITS Eyecare Ltd. (TSX: KITS), a vertically integrated eyecare provider, has reported selected preliminary unaudited results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024. In the fourth quarter of 2024, the company reported total revenue growth of 42 percent year-over-year to approximately $44.8 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased year-over-year to exceed 6 percent of revenue. Glasses revenue growth accelerated to approximately 60 percent year-over-year in Q4 while the company reported that its cash position remained strong at $19.3 million.

The company also reported full-year 2024 revenue growth of 32 percent year-over-year to approximately $159.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased year-over-year to exceed 4 percent of revenue.

The company said it will report audited fourth quarter and full year 2024 results in early March 2025. Details for the fourth quarter 2024 conference call will be disclosed in February.
