NEW YORK—The Lighthouse Guild, a not-for-profit vision and health care organization, has announced that Jay R. Fialkoff, a senior counsel and former managing partner at Moses Singer LLP in New York City, has joined its board of directors. According to the announcement, Fialkoff has practiced commercial civil litigation in New York for more than 45 years, representing many owners of New York City real estate property in complex litigation. He has also supported a number of organizations involved in providing services to the disabled, particularly in the areas of vision loss and retinal disease.
