The acquisition expands Vision Innovation Partners’ presence in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area and further enhances its growing network of ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers in the Mid-Atlantic region, the announcement noted. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
