TAMPA, Fla.—Sight360, a comprehensive vision care services organization, announced it has acquired the ophthalmology practice of Larry Goldberg, MD, in St. Petersburg, Fla. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dr. Goldberg has practiced for 30 years in the St. Petersburg area and specializes in cataract and intraocular lens surgery, glaucoma treatment and dry eye therapy. “After practicing in the community for many years, aligning with Sight360 as our partner is a real plus for our patients,” said Dr. Goldberg. “Sight360 is able to provide our patients with complete vision care from routine eye exams to treatments or surgery for more serious conditions.”
