Fashion Square at Mido.

MILAN, Italy—Ahead of the 2025 edition of Mido, show organizers are sharing changes and updates to the show’s exhibition layouts, which they say will provide visitors with an even more engaging experience. Mido organizers also announced that the show’s Otticlub is being renamed and reimagined for 2025; now called The Vision Stage, the location, as reported in VMAIL, will feature Mido workshops, seminars, conferences, events and roundtables. Pavilions 2 and 4 of Mido will continue to hos the Design Area, which show organizers call “a laboratory of experimentation where shapes and materials combine to narrate the many faces of eyewear.”

For 2025, this space will be reorganized internally to allow a significant number of new exhibitors, as well as the expansion of some stands.

The Academy, a space which features companies whose focus is on designer originality and creativity, is relocating from pavilion 2 to pavilion 6. Pavilion 6 has historically housed tech companies at Mido; show organizers said that bringing these two areas together will “offer visitors a unique experience, inspiring new connections between cutting-edge styles and technical advances.”

Finally, Mido’s piazzas will also undergo updates. The Fashion Square, which serves as a crossroads for large fashion eyewear brands, will be updated for better functionality. In pavilions 2 and 4, the piazzas throughout the Design area will also be enhanced.

Mido 2025 is scheduled for February 8 through 10, 2025, at Fiera Milano, Rho. Registration is open online here.
