CHICAGO—The Prevent Blindness America Third Annual Swing Fore Sight Golf Tournament will be held on Oct. 6, 2010 at the Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas during Vision Expo West to support Prevent Blindness America.

In addition to the opportunity to play golf alongside top vision industry and business leaders, for the second year in a row, Transitions Optical, Inc. has secured PGA swing and golf instructor, Matt Killen as well as Gary Koch, former PGA Tour Professional and NBC Sportscaster, to assess each golfer’s swing and provide free pointers.



Individual golfers may sign up for $625 or foursomes for $2,500. Sponsorships are still available.
