PLAINVIEW, N.Y.— Eyeking, LLC and Under Armour (NYSE: UA) have announced the renewal of their license agreement for the exclusive development, manufacture and sale of Under Armour eyewear through Dec. 31, 2019.
 
"We are excited for the continued collaboration between our two companies,” said Shelly Goldman, Eyeking’s president and founder. “This partnership will mark over a decade of innovative and technological advancements focused on increasing performance on and off the field. Eyeking will continue to expand distribution both domestically and internationally, while developing additional eyewear opportunities for men, women and youth with Under Armour. ”
 
In other news, Eyeking reports that it will consolidate and expand their corporate headquarters with a new office and distribution facility in Melville, Long Island at the end of this year. “This new facility allows for all of our employees to work collaboratively in one office while allowing for our future needs as we continue to grow and expand,” added Goldman.
