NEW YORK—PRISM Consulting Partners, a Florida-based health care private practice acquisition advisory and consulting company, and Lion Management Services Organization of New York have partnered to form PRISM Concierge. The newly formed PRISM Concierge aims to be a full-service provider to private health care practitioners looking for options ranging from maximizing profit to ultimately transitioning to their desired outcome, according to the announcement. According to the group, the client also receives management of back-office services tailored to achieve that outcome.

PRISM Concierge services are available to any eyecare professional without restrictions and will offer discounts as a single point of contact, David Molle, one of the founding members of PRISM Consulting Partners, told VMAIL

“It’s designed to be a greater resource to practices upstream to better prepare them to sell or for whatever may come downstream,” Michael Guelcher, another of the founding members of PRISM Consulting Partners, told VMAIL

PRISM Consulting Partners was formed in 2023 by Guelcher, Molle, and Brian Whitman, the announcement stated. The three partners have more than 60 years of combined experience in acquisitions, transitioning practices and health care business development. Lion Management, founded in 2021 by James Vena, a Wall Street veteran with 35 years of value creation and capital investment experience, implements and manages strategic solutions for private health care practices.

Vena commented on the potential impact PRISM Concierge can have in the marketplace. "Our recent success of organizing a group of 20 practices in a short window and making them the 35th largest eyecare practice in just two years translates well," he said.
