Mad Vision Launches Vinyl Factory Eyewear Collection

Wearer: Today’s style conscious frame wearers who appreciate unique designs giving off pop and retro vibes.
Specifics: A collection of over 250 styles are available in the U.S. including ophthalmic frames, all polarized sunglasses and the Icons collection.
Selling Points: The Vinyl Factory collection by Mad Vision showcases evocative frame names and product detailing such as golden disc inserts and electric guitar neck shaped temple tips. Additionally, the sunglass line is 100 percent polarized and features multi-layer AR coating. The Vinyl Factory concept “is a fantastic opportunity for our optician partners all over the U.S. to differentiate their stores in a very distinctive and qualitative way and offer a 100 percent different line which appeals to a wide consumer base” said Guillaume Pottecher, president of Mad Vision.

Specifics: Three new models have been added to the 11 existing Private Collection models.
Selling Points: The frames in the Private Eyewear Collection are made with quality materials including genuine water Indian buffalo horn and Japanese Titanium. These styles are “worn by Tom Ford himself and specially designed for eyewear lovers,” Marcolin said. TOM N. 12 is a timeless style crafted from dark brown striped or green striped genuine horn. It features the iconic T logo and is enhanced by photochromic lenses that darken and lighten automatically, depending on light conditions. TOM N. 13 is an optical style with a classic soft round shape and is available in dark brown striped or light brown striped genuine horn and optical model TOM N. 14 comes in dark brown striped or light brown striped genuine horn with a foldable metal clip and polarized lenses. These new models will be sold in Tom Ford stores and select retailers starting this month.
