Specifics: Ottavo, created by Eponym in partnership with Mucca Design, features three shapes in five colors and is made with Italian materials. The lenses are treated with anti-scratch and anti-glare coatings.
Selling Points: Ottavo reading glasses come in three styles: the bold round Ovale; soft round Medio and the Quadro, an update on a classic rectangular reader. Each model is available in black, light grey crystal, ivory white, crimson and cobalt blue. The frames are made with Mazzuchelli acetate. Each pair features brushed gold temple tips and Visottica-Comotec Italian spring hinges.

Costa Unveils OCEARCH Limited Edition Sunglasses

Quick Take: Costa announced the release of its limited edition OCEARCH sunglasses for 2017.
Specifics: The collection features 15 skus including a lens development combining Costa’s 580P grey base lens with a silver mirror. The three new styles are Half Moon, Remora and Rincon. This year, for the first time, Costa has directly tied sunglass sales to a cause, with a portion of the limited edition collection’s proceeds being donated to OCEARCH.
Selling Points: The collection weaves in rich colors of sharks with the introduction of new frame colors including Sea Glass, Smoke Crystal and Tiger Shark which is a unique take on the classic tortoise style. All sunglasses are available in plano and Rx. As part of the collection, each pair of OCEARCH Limited Edition sunglasses are packaged in a specially designed box with a case, C-Mask neck gaiter, cleaning cloth and lens sticker.
