Following in a Father's Footsteps

Tomorrow is Father's Day (don't worry, there's still time to get Dad a funny card and a loud tie) and we here at VMail Weekend thought it might be nice to see how fathers inspire their children's career choices. There are many famous examples of children following in Dad's footsteps. As my father always used to say, “The acorn doesn't fall far from the tree.” Think Kirk and Michael Douglas. Just as there have been well-known dad/kid combos in celebrity land, the optical industry has its fair share of famous families too.
