LEWISVILLE, Texas—Ophthalmic lens technology leader Hoya Vision Care announced this week the launch of the Hoya Hub in the U.S. market. The Hoya Hub is a customer portal which further amplifies Hoya’s strongly embedded partnerships with eyecare professionals to drive digital solutions to meet their evolving needs and promote business success, the company said.

The Hoya Hub experience is tailored to the needs of the practice. The customer portal connects accounts to real-time data and a customized service experience. Features of the Hoya Hub include:

• Customers can view real time status of jobs, search for invoices, print shipping labels and download technical specifications.
• Customer access to marketing programs and promotions.
• Practice owners can invite and set permission levels for individual staff members.
• Customer access to the new Hoya Learning Center.

More than a dozen countries will participate in rolling out the Hoya Hub to their markets in 2021.
