ALEXANDRIA, Va.—The organizers of Vision Expo, The Vision Council and RX, have announced that the Career Zone-Student Lounge will return to Vision Expo West 2022 on Saturday, September 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST. Located in The Union, Booth #U23019, the Career Zone-Student Lounge will serve as a central hub for students and young professionals to network with participating companies, all of which are actively recruiting and seeking new talent. Vision Expo West 2022 will offer students exclusive registration benefits including free Exhibit Hall admission and access to complimentary education.

“We are thrilled to offer dedicated programming for students and young professionals at Vision Expo West in Las Vegas this September,” said Suzanne Krauss, Vision Expo’s Career Zone manager.

“It is so important to create curated opportunities for students and young professionals to meet with hiring companies and to provide a vehicle for our participating companies to meet viable new talent. The Career Zone is a wonderful venue for students to gain exclusive access to practical advice, career guidance and valuable support as they navigate their professional paths.”

Vision Expo West 2022 will take place at the Venetian Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada from September 14 - 17, 2022. The Show’s educational program developed by the Education Planning Committee together with OptiCon @Vision Expo will open Wednesday, September 14, and the Exhibit Hall will open Thursday, September 15.

The Passport Program, which encourages students and young professionals to network with exhibitors in the Career Zone throughout the day, will also return to Vision Expo West. Passports will be available for students to pick up in the Career Zone.

Students are then encouraged to meet with each vendor listed on their passports. Participants who meet and receive a signature from each vendor listed on their passport will automatically be entered to win an array of exciting prizes.
