NEW YORK—The Accessories Council has announced that  the 26th annual ACE Awards will take place on Monday, Aug. 1. The Accessories Council honors and recognizes global brands and pioneers, positioning them at the forefront of the fashion industry. The ACE Awards are presented to designers, brands, retailers, celebrities and media who have helped to enhance sales and promote accessories. The event will be held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York, according to an announcement from the Accessories Council. The 2022 ACE honorees include:

● Global Style Icon: J Balvin
● Brand Excellence: Rimowa
● Retailer of the Year: Moda Operandi
● Hall of Fame: Josie Natori
● Breakthrough: Victor Glemaud
● Launch: Veronica Beard
● Legacy: Vera Bradley
● Influencers: Molly Rogers and Danny Santiago, ‘And Just Like That’
● Visionary: Hodinkee
● Retail Innovation: LensCrafters
