Close Up: If you’re an existing Santinelli customer, a member of Santinelli’s Customer Service Success Team will review a 10-point check list during a virtual session and share best practices and recommends for improvements that can help enhance the quality of your finished products. Santinelli’s highly trained engineers will review topics like wheel condition, cleanliness, and tracer calibration to make sure that everything is working at peak potential.
“The primary focus in delivering this service is to provide industry-leading support, education and advice on proper maintenance and the routine replacement of consumable parts. It plays such an important role in the lens finish quality and having your equipment maintained and running in top condition is paramount right now. We know coming on-site during COVID times is not optimal and we’re delivering a way to assess your equipment easily and quickly during a 20-minute virtual connection.
