LONGARONE, Italy—The De Rigo family late last month brought together 1,000 employees and local authorities to celebrate the group’s 40th anniversary in an Alpine setting near Belluno here. “Forty years of De Rigo has been my life. Ours is a family-run company, tied to the land and its people,” said Ennio De Rigo, founder and president, as he welcomed guests to the special evening event.
