The tour, billed as “Lunch. Learn. Explore,” will visit Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta and Washington D.C. It coincides with the 29Rooms city tour, an annual immersive festival of style, culture and creativity sponsored by Transitions Optical and other corporate partners. The Transitions educational events includes an ABO technical credit and admission to a 29Rooms event. Lunch and parking are also provided. Attendees will earn an ABO technical credit for the new course, “Light Management: The Need for Ocular Solutions.” This course about the newest light management and ocular solutions available for both eyeglass and contact lens wearers will be presented by Keith Smithson, OD, a concussion rehabilitation and sports vision enhancement specialist with the Northern Virginia Doctors of Optometry.
