NEW YORK—Five speakers have been named and the agenda set for the upcoming myopia management event, THE Myopia Meeting, which is scheduled for Dec. 8 in Burlingame, Calif., outside of San Francisco, according to the event organizers. The meeting marks the first event under the auspices of the partnership between Review of Myopia Management (RMM) and Treehouse Eyes.
