This marks the second time Quantum has been included in the ranking of Oregon businesses offering best-in-class benefits, the most popular workplace amenities and the most thoughtful management. Each year, Oregon Business Magazine recognizes 100 small, medium and large companies for excellence in work environment; management and communications; decision making and trust; career development and learning opportunities; and employee benefits and compensation.

The annual list is determined by employee opinion surveys as well as an employer benefits survey.
