Latest News IDOC Launches IDOC HR Now, a Comprehensive New HR Management Service By Staff Monday, April 19, 2021 12:21 AM NORWALK, Conn.—IDOC has announced the addition of IDOC HR Now, a comprehensive HR management service, to their list of inclusive member benefits. IDOC HR Now, powered by ThinkHR, offers unlimited on-demand access to legal forms, standardized templates and HR experts fully qualified to address topics that include FMLA, COVID-19, investigations, wages, workers comp, employee handbook, and legal and state-specific compliance requirements. More than 150 IDOC members have rapidly adopted the new IDOC HR Now service since its introduction on April 5. This participation level shows how critical this need is for practices, IDOC stated. “Given the challenges of 2020, we saw a clear need for a robust, easy-to-use HR management solution for our members,” said IDOC HR consultant Amy Alvarez. “In the early stages of COVID-19, our HR consultants were triaging member inquiries and concerns around the new landscape. We knew from member feedback during that time that demand for HR Services and Consulting would just continue to grow. We recognized the value of a self-service model that could provide quick and credible answers around the clock, and IDOC HR Now was the ideal solution.”Additionally, IDOC Select and Advisor members can use the new service in conjunction with IDOC HR Consulting Services, which provide one-one-one sessions with IDOC’s industry-leading human resources experts and administrators. Customized for each member practice, IDOC HR consulting advice focuses on successful recruiting, hiring and employee development.“We are always looking for ways to address the unique business needs of our member practices,” said IDOC CEO Dave Brown. “With the introduction of IDOC HR Now, we are making sure that our members can successfully navigate the increasingly complex state-by-state requirements of HR.” Development of the new IDOC HR Now platform was based on accumulated member feedback from a pilot program conducted in 2020. One participant, Dr. Todd Cohan of Foresight Vision in Long Grove, Ill., said, “Extremely easy to navigate, truly a wealth of information that a private practice would not normally have access to. I will use this service regularly to review policies, procedures and training modules.”IDOC HR Now is powered by ThinkHR, an industry-leading HR solution used by thousands of companies and millions of individual employees around the world.
