ST. LOUIS—EyeCare Partners (ECP), a leading clinically integrated network of ophthalmology and optometry providers, said Wednesday that it has successfully completed an agreement to partner with Ypsilanti, Mich.-based Huron Ophthalmology, a leading clinically integrated network of ophthalmology and optometry providers. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Huron Ophthalmology’s six ophthalmologists and two optometrists will join the EyeCare Partners network of more than 300 ophthalmologists and more than 700 optometrists across 18 states in providing the highest quality eyecare spanning the full continuum of ophthalmology and optometry services, the announcement noted.

Huron Ophthalmology is a full-service eyecare provider consisting of two optometrists, a comprehensive ophthalmologist, a cornea/external disease specialist, an oculo-plastic specialist and three glaucoma specialists. Together, the team treats patient needs across the continuum of care and at distinct stages in patients’ lives.
