The transaction with Aiello Eye Institute represents the 12th partnership implemented by American Vision Partners, which was formed through an investment by H.I.G. Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in acquisition and recapitalizations of privately held businesses.

As part of American Vision Partners, which now has more than 130 eyecare locations, Dr. Patrick Aiello and his Aiello Eye Institute team will continue to provide exceptional care, but will now be able to do so with the added support and services of American Vision Partners and its affiliates.
