Johnson & Johnson chief executive officer Alex Gorsky, commenting to CNBC last week after J&J announced its intention to split into two separate companies. In the CNBC “Squawk Box” interview, reported in the story “J&J Plans to Split Into Two Companies, Separating Consumer Products and Pharmaceutical Businesses,” Gorsky noted that J&J believes the move is “in the best long-term interest of all our stakeholders.”
