We all see it and feel it every day. The dizzying speed of things changing and rushing and charging and crashing. Technology is transforming and powering so many new products—as well as the data to keep track of them all.

Who has time to research all those new programs when it seems to come forward without pause..! New competition might come via consolidation, new deals, the guy across town is acquired and backed by a new company. Or it seems out of nowhere, a new entrant starting up down the block (who are these guys?) or a new form of competition emerges from… the mobile phone in your pocket?

And what about retail—who’s keeping up with that rash of changes, which stores are still relevant, what shopping mall is still current and which new modern experience center is picking up activity?

Patients need clinical care and the best service. Can they get that service from you, taking time and care? Or are you concerned they could become enamored of a quick new online “solution”? Do you need an online solution?

Yes. The pace is daunting and the questions and possibilities endless. It can all feel like a blur. When really, we’re in the midst of a dynamic intersection. The fast and furious complexity is happening on many fronts of our business and culture.
