Another outcome of the pandemic is the intense need for workers to find a work-life balance. And employees are willing to make sacrifices to achieve it. A survey by career site Joblist revealed that just over 30 percent of workers said they'd give up part of their pay for a better work-life balance, with parents willing to take a 5 percent pay cut.
