Alcon has created a new, easy-to-understand, educational website to serve as a go-to for every stage of glaucoma. An objective, factual resource, MyGlaucomaSupport.com offers both patients and caregivers clear, authoritative information on a range of topics.

Specifically, caregivers and patients can use the site to help at-risk and newly diagnosed patients better understand their condition, clarify uncertainty and confusion, provide patients with greater control and support patients throughout treatment by managing expectations.

The site also includes information about medication and surgical products available from Alcon and it offers support materials to assist adherence to regiments.

The MyGlaucomaSupport website was developed to help patients comply with treatments, better understand their condition and prepare for the twists and turns that may accompany the treatment. Eyecare professionals can also refer patients and their families to the site as a resource.
