NEW YORK—CO— by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce continues to add to its series, “Roadmap for Rebuilding,” webinars which can be viewed live or on demand and are geared to the challenges being faced by small business owners. The next event will be held March 25 at 12:00 pm. ET. Called “Roadmap for Rebuilding: Managing Your Team,” the event was pulled together with event partner, ADP. The discussion will give business owners strategies and insights to effectively build a cohesive and productive team, even in this new normal of remote work. The webinar, hosted by Jeanette Mulvey, content director at CO—, will offer tips for efficient team management, and best practices for recruiting new employees right now. She will lead the session with personal insights from other small business owners.

On April 1 at 12:00 p.m. ET there will be another webinar, a “deep dive” discussion focused on building diverse and inclusive teams, especially tailored to small business owners. Attendees will learn best practices for hiring a diverse workforce and ideas and insights for creating an inclusive team where a variety of voices are heard.
