NEW YORK—OCLI Vision, a multi-practice ophthalmology group operating in the Northeast, has announced that the comprehensive ophthalmologists and optometrist from Keystone Eye Associates LLC have joined its team of renowned eyecare experts. OCLI, which is supported by the management and administrative services of Spectrum Vision Partners (SVP), is one of the leading ophthalmology practices in the U.S. with 20 state-of-the-art clinics in the New York area, and it provides patients with a wide range of ophthalmic services and treatments.

The terms of the new partnership were not disclosed. Spectrum Vision Partners is a portfolio company of private equity firm Blue Sea Capital

Spectrum Vision Partners serves many of the top ophthalmology groups and ambulatory eye surgery centers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Keystone Eye Associates, is Spectrum’s 14th practice affiliation since 2017, the announcement noted.

Spectrum Vision Partners, in early 2018, noted that it had received substantial equity investment from GoldPoint Partners, GCM Grosvenor and Hamilton Lane. The new investors were listed as co-investors alongside Blue Sea Capital, as VMAIL reported.
