Handcrafted in Southern California, the Americana collection is made up of nine bold, trendsetting shapes for men and women. Each of the styles is available in three to five color options and most models are available in ophthalmic or polarized UV. Each frame comes with a hard case and cleaning cloth.

ProDesign Debuts New Styles in the Iris Line

ProDesign has added two new styles to their Iris Collection, styles 5138 and 5139, featuring fraphic feminism.
Specifics: Two new shapes for women, in six colors each.
Selling Points: Usually the frames in the Iris collection are ultra-feminine, with flowers and gems, but these two new styled prove that isn’t the only way to be feminine. This Iris collection focuses on the mix of materials and the subtle play on colors. The temples are created from an Italian acetate material that is unique for ProDesign. The stripes in the acetate are created specifically to mimic the rhythm of the design of the temples with all the temples done in grey on the inside with an exterior layer that lends them a subtle pop of color.

To celebrate 15 years, Ørgreen has launched a limited edition Anniversary Edition of three popular sunglasses – the Palma Lova, Rad Rice and Kjeld T – all of which feature unique color combinations. “Handmade with love, only for you” is written inside the temple as a reminder that each piece is handcrafted. The Palma Lova is a 50s-inspired, coquettish cat eye with a sly cut-out curve on the brow with a purple front and sand-blasted gold plated temples. Pretty Please; the Latest Vera Bradley Optical Group from McGee

The Vera Bradley Pretty Please optical collection is the latest from the McGee Group. The Cathy is a handmade acetate frame with a rectangle eyeshape and spring hinges with Vera Bradley colors on the exterior temples highlighted by the wrap metal casted and enamel-filled endpieces. The Lola is a semi-rimless combination frame, with a flat metal front and acetate temples, featuring an uplifted front to create a retro cat eye shape.
