Ryan Noonan
ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla.—Ice-Tech Advanced Lens Technologies has appointed Ryan Noonan as director of operations. Noonan is the former manager of management education for National Vision, where he was responsible for the education and development of field leadership and their retail support center management.

Prior to his optical career, Noonan served as director of retail operations and market development for The HoneyBaked Ham Company.

Noonan will focus on advancing Ice-Tech’s operations, including digital lens production combined with the company’s patented lens thinning technology. He will also be responsible for the customer service and sales teams’ long term planning. ■
