“We ask customers if they would like to try on the most comfortable frame ever and the frames practically sell themselves. I love to tell our patients we have always had your back and now we have your Spine!”

What are you selling?
We ordered our Spine frames in February. Our REM Eyewear representative, Bruce Sasser, showed the collection to our optometrist, Thomas C. McIntosh, OD. After Dr. McIntosh tried on a pair, he immediately was impressed with the extreme comfort of the frame. So far our most popular styles are the Spine 2004 in gunmetal and the Spine 1001 in tortoise.

Who’s buying it?
This frame is for those who seek the ultimate comfort in eyewear, as well as superior technology.

Why do they like it?
I was so excited about the Spine collection, I sold a frame before our representative could even leave our office. A new patient came in and I noticed he kept self-adjusting his frame. I asked him what he wanted most in his new eyewear and he said comfort. I immediately invited him to try one of the Spine frames. He was so impressed he wanted us to Rx it for him the same day. The gentleman who purchased the frame is a police officer. He was so excited to know his frame would stay in place, even during a foot chase.
