SMITHFIELD, R.I.—FGX International has launched its Spring 2015 Corinne McCormack Sun Rx Collection, which includes six styles in 11 individual frames, with shapes that range from the classic aviator to the cat eye.

“My passion is to create designs that make women feel empowered when they wear them,” said McCormack. “I love creating eyewear that breaks from tradition, and is new and fresh.”

The designer’s signature zyl patterns are exclusive to her brand, like the leopard zyl pattern that is featured in McCormack’s ophthalmic frames and the jewelry-inspired “X” detail found in the temples. The collection includes the Brighton Beach style, a square-shaped cat eye frame with a unique metal brow accent that contains a rich epoxy inlay. The Long Beach style is also a cat eye frame, but with McCormack’s leopard pattern zyl and “X” temple detail.
