What are you selling?
I brought Lunor in February of this year because I have some great colorful and unique lines and I needed a sleek, minimal frame with quality and style. We sell mainly the zyl frames in a small preppy style to a slightly larger key hole bridge frame.

Who’s buying it?
Lunor speaks to the professional, male or female, who wants a high quality frame that isn’t available everywhere. I also sell Lunor to older women and men who want the same but also want to get the customer service experience while getting a more conservative frame.

Why do they like it?
They are responding so positively to this line because we have a great reputation for having some of the most unique frames in the area. When I started five-and-a-half years ago I knew I needed to separate from other offices and not carry the same style and/or lines, so I started out of the gate with bold color and bold designs.

As I happily gained this reputation I found that some wouldn’t come in because it wasn’t their cup of tea but they did want the personalized service we offer, or we were finding that one spouse liked funky eyewear while the other liked a more conservative frame without compromising quality. Lunor is helping me grow the business and I’m now gaining a stronger reputation for great frames and great customer service. Now we have something for everyone.
