Quick Take: At a celeb-studded event in New York City, Persol debuted their newest styles, as well as the brand’s new campaign titled “For the Sun. Not Only.”
Specifics: Persol’s new styles include their classic 649 models, redefined with new double-layer acetates and combing with polar lenses in brand new colorways. These new styles have patterns superimposed onto the frame front. In addition, Persol’s iconic PO3225S, which Tom Cruise wore in his 1988 movie Cocktail, is back from the archives. It features a boxy design with a straight front. Finally, the PO3219V is an oval-shaped acetate frame inspired by the 30s. They are the newest addition to Persol’s optical range.
