SAN ANTONIO—National eyewear retailer, Visionworks is sponsoring the “Project Runway All Stars The Better Look Sweepstakes” in partnership with Lifetime’s hit television series Project Runway All Stars.

The contest gives viewers the opportunity to choose between two of the most fashionable moments during each of the fourth season’s episodes by visiting a co-branded Facebook fan page and casting their vote. Participants will be automatically entered into a Lifetime sweepstakes package for a chance to win $1,000 in cash and a pair of designer frames from Visionworks, valued up to $250.

With 651 locations nationwide, Visionworks is the fourth largest U.S. optical retailer, according to Vision Monday’s Top 50 U.S. Optical Retailers report.  Jim Eisen, president of Visionworks and co-CEO of HVHC, told VMail that after visitors to the co-branded Facebook page choose the most fashionable moment, two pairs of frames will pop up, inviting viewers to select the one that best fits their personal style, thereby making the campaign more interactive. Through a link from the co-branded page, participants will be given the opportunity to like the Visionworks Facebook page as well, according to Eisen.

“Visionworks is proud to partner with Project Runway All Stars,” said Eisen. “This sponsorship comes at a perfect time as we continue to expand Visionworks’ affordable fashion footprint.” Visionworks is adding and/or expanding fashion brand frames from Diane von Furstenberg, Anne Klein, Just Cavalli, Nine West, Lacoste, Diesel, Timberland,Guess, Vera Bradley, Gant, Nike, Bebe, and several others to its fashion lineup. New styles will be available in select stores across the U.S. in Spring 2015.
