FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J.—Can technology help reduce no shows and increase positive patient reviews? How eyecare practices are conforming appointments and the methods they can use to reach out to patients and manage their practice reviews online are the topics of Jan. 23 edition of ‘The Power Hour,” the free weekly online radio talk show hosted by Gary Gerber, OD, founder of The Power Practice, the practice management company.

The show, at 9:00 p.m. ET, will feature representatives of 4PatientCare and Demandforce, two companies involved in the category of electronic, automatic and passive patient communication techniques. Said Gerber, “The show will feature great practice building advice and discussion. Hear how these two companies use their technologies to increase practice profitability. Also, listeners can learn how their individual offerings compare to each other as well as other competitors.”
