The connection offers users of MaximEyes, First Insight's practice management and EHR software, immediate access to the tools available from Solutionreach, a market leader in patient engagement services. With write-back functionality, MaximEyes users are now able to use Solutionreach services like automated appointment reminders, customizable patient surveys, personalized newsletters and others, the companies said. The cloud-based Solutionreach service also provides solutions to increase ECPs’ office efficiency, manage online reputation and effectively market through social media.
