PADUA/PARIS— Safilo Group (SFLG.MI) and Givenchy have signed a new licensing agreement for the Givenchy collections of sunglasses and optical frames. The new licensing contract will run from Jan. 1, 2016 to Dec. 31, 2021, renewable upon mutual agreement.

Givenchy, founded in 1952 by Hubert de Givenchy and today designed by Riccardo Tisci, is an international luxury house owned by LVMH known for its haute couture, ready-to-wear and accessories’ collections for men and women.
