SAN DIEGO—The second joint Specialty Health Summit sponsored by the National Association of Vision Care Plans (NAVCP) and the National Association of Specialty Health Organizations, hosted 161 attendees, with 114 vision organizations represented, at the Rancho Bernardo Inn from April 29 to May 1.
