NEW YORK— How can ECPs and optical retailers captivate today’s customers? What are the new technologies they can implement to change the traditional retail experience? Both are the focus of the upcoming VM LIVE “Tech’s Appeal: Digital Tools to Seduce the Savvy Retail Customer” program, to be held Wednesday, Sept. 16 at The Venetian Hotel, just prior to the start of International Vision Expo West, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
