CHICAGO—GPN held its largest biannual Office Management meeting to date here from June 5 to 7, exclusive to those clients who have retained GPN to co-manage their office. The event brings together doctors and optical team members to learn and implement proven strategies that bring substantial growth and efficiencies to their businesses.

The awards dinner recognized the achievements of GPN clients, such as Vision Health Specialties in Midland Texas, who was honored for having seen a 46 percent increase in Optical Revenue/Exam, a 443 percent increase in sales over $800, and a total Optical Revenue increase of 49 percent over the same five-month time period this year compared to one year ago. Vision Health Specialties Optical Team Leader Penelope Torelli, said, “After working 30 years for these wonderful optometrists, I see how GPN has helped and affected the coordination of all departments with our optical department. GPN training has helped the opticians become more polished and intent on better patient care, better efficiency and finesse with our patients.”

Jay Binkowitz, president, GPN, added, “The interaction among the clients, companions and the GPN EXPERTeam was wonderful and the feedback was tremendous.
