By creating a My Show Planner account at visionexpowest.com/plan, attendees can search exhibitors and products of interest; create a personal show agenda; e-mail exhibitors directly and load appointments in Outlook; use the My Events calendar to help plan their day. Through the integration of Vision Mobile, the official mobile application for Vision Expo, attendees can access their personal agendas right from the convenience of their mobile devices. Find exhibitors, show specials, and important show information by visiting VisionExpoMobile.com. Sponsored by The Hoya Freeform Company, Vision Mobile is available for iPhone, iPad, Android or any smartphone. Onsite, show organizers have included My Show Planner kiosks in the registration area to allow attendees access to the same My Show Planner tools. Show floor pavilions have been color-coded to ensure easy navigation and to match attendee interests. Pavilions on the exhibit hall floor include Eyewear & Accessories (Orange), The Galleria (Pink), Low Vision (Yellow), Lenses & Processing Technology (Blue) and Medical & Scientific (Green). Visitors with onsite questions can seek help from Ask Me Ambassadors, who can be found walking around the Sands armed with iPads and a wealth of information. Knowledgeable staff will also be available at the various Customer Care Counters located throughout International Vision Expo.
