NEW YORK—Vision Monday has announced a featured speaker for the upcoming VM Live Event called Power in #s; Maximizing the Potential of the ‘Hashtag Nation,’ part of VM’s ongoing Millennial Project, being held Wednesday, June 3, 2015.

Matt Rednor (@mrednor), founder and CEO of Decoded Advertising, will speak about Capturing the Millennial Consumer, offering some general insights on the generation and how to appeal to them from a retailer perspective.

His agency, Decoded, is a full service creative advertising agency that is designing the data-driven storytelling of the future for some of the most progressive brands in the industry, including Dollar Shave Club, Visa and Dannon. Previously, Rednor was the chief strategy and innovation officer at MRY, where he shaped the vision and service offerings for one of the world’s premier digital and youth marketing agencies. As CSO he led digital and social transformation for brands like Visa, Coca-Cola, Volvo, AT&T and Microsoft.

Prior to MRY, Rednor worked at BBDO, helping to manage some of the global campaigns for P&G’s Gillette, as well as a stint at smaller innovative experiential marketing company, Cunning. Rednor is also an advisor and investor to startups in the digital, social and mobile technology space. Additionally, he leads social training workshops and speaks frequently on emerging trends.
